Her vision on how to streamline and strengthen the process from application through hire was built on her extensive experience in the real estate industry from owning a successful transaction management company to firsthand insight gained as a licensed Realtor.
Brindley shifted the focus to coaching, training, exploring individual personality traits and employing a truly consultative support philosophy to deliver the highest potential for long-term candidate and hirer success.
To accomplish best results, Brindley developed the Transaction Management Academy, a truly unique, highly effective training system that delivers a comprehensive, detailed roadmap for peak performance in the real estate business.

Brindley Tucker, in her leadership role as Chief Executive Officer (CEO), is the driving force behind the growing success of Your Realty Leverage, Inc. Building on her previous experience as the owner of a successful transaction management company, she applies her extensive expertise to find, motivate, train and guide those looking to start and/or grow their careers in the real estate industry.
In addition to focused coaching and extensive consulting support, to deliver the highest potential for long-term client success, Brindley developed the Transaction Management Academy. A licensed Realtor® and a resident of the Tampa Bay area since childhood, Brindley earned her college degree from Texas A&M University. When not assisting Your Realty Leverage clients, she enjoys spoiling Maggie, her Yorkie-Poo.
Christina Kipping, Recruiter
Drawing from an extensive background in the real estate, banking, and mortgage industries, Your Realty Leverage Recruiter Christina Kipping has the knowledge, backed by a true dedication to helping people, to effectively recruit, hire, and grow the careers of talent.
Her experience includes a 4-year tenure with multinational banking and mortgage services company HSBC where she worked closely with HR and managers during the hiring process in addition to training new and current employees.
She then joined the Keller Williams family, building an impressive résumé including helping to recruit and train the group of professionals that comprise the Tampa Bay Home Team. Christina is a three-time Keller Williams Maps BOLD graduate and has completed Career Visioning twice.
Christina, along with husband Joseph Kipping, Tampa Bay Home Team Broker-Associate/Team Leader, is a proud parent of three growing children.
Tiffany Lawson, Trainer
Tiffany Lawson serves a crucial role in the success of talent once a Your Realty Leverage recruiter has vetted/selected a candidate for placement.
As a YRL Trainer, Tiffany works very closely with talent to ensure that they have the expertise to make an impact from day one on the job. To accomplish this Tiffany will spend a 90-day window with each candidate providing personalized training, guiding him/her through YRL’s proprietary operations manual and more.
A licensed Realtor®, Tiffany brings extensive experience to YRL clients serving as a manager for a residential property management company, director of operations for a commercial real estate business and experience as an agent with Keller Williams.
Based in Orlando, Tiffany enjoys spending time with her son and taking on kayaking and everything adventurous.
Meaghan Easters, Assistant Trainer
Meaghan is uniquely qualified as a YRL Trainer through her years of professional experience in Real Estate, Luxury New Home Construction and by her passion for learning. She has grown to love organization, marketing and the back end of the real estate process.
Meaghan was born and raised in Tampa, Florida. Outside of work, she loves spending time with her family, finding new coffee shops, going on outdoor adventures and volunteering in the community.
